Week #30 100WC - Sophie G

What does one do on a boring empty Autumn day stuck in quarantine? Housework? Homework? Bike ride? All things to do but, I have done them already. Today was weird, not bad per se. Random things happened at such ‘on queue’ times. It rained in the only dry spot in the garden, the sun shone in the only cold spot in the house, the cat’s bowls had food in them whenever they were hungry, you get the idea. “It doesn’t matter what you think, does it?” My father asked confused about what’s happening. “No, not really” I spoke too soon.

  1. Kia ora Sophie.
What a great piece of writing you have done here, and full of so many of the things which people who are experiencing different or unusual situations, start to think and dream about. Your mind begins to play tricks, and you have made that happen in your story. Well done.
If you get a chance, why not come and visit my class blog so you can meet up with students at Ashley School near Rangiora? https://rakau19.edublogs.org/
